Robins – R/Y1/Y2

Making Boats

We had great fun today orienteering in our lovely school grounds. Despite social distancing, the children still managed to work so well together displaying our school values of collaboration, kindness and respect. Well done Robins Class!

Hello children and families,
How are you all? I have been really missing reading you stories so I thought I would video myself reading one of my favourite stories - Billy's Bucket. There is also someone furry in my family listening too!
I would love to hear what your favourite part is or it might give you some ideas for a story you might like to write.
Here is part 1. I hope you enjoy it!

Home Learning during Easter

Well done children and parents for all the home learning that you have been doing. We appreciate that this is difficult especially if you are working from home but we have really enjoyed seeing what the children have been up to on Seesaw and Tapestry (Reception children). If you haven’t already logged onto these websites they are a really good way of staying in touch and you can post work completed there or try one of the activities.

Here are a few extra ideas for activities during the Easter holidays just in case you need them however you may just want to take the opportunity to enjoy exciting and new experiences as a family. We would love to hear about the new things you have tried as well!

Stay safe and healthy and we wish you all a very happy Easter.

Peter and the Wolf Dances with a partner

We worked with a partner to create a dance showing the duck being followed by the wolf. We tried really hard to perform actions and facial expressions like the duck and the wolf and we listened carefully to the music.
